Hardware and Software Engineer from UC Berkeley (MS) & UC Davis (BS)
My current career interests: Software Engineering & Product Management!
Productionizing Machine Learning Solutions for Workday Cloud Applications.
Rendered millions of process transaction data using SQL to identify process flow bottlenecks; using Python3 developed a prototype modeling program to generate transaction flow metrics.
Product Evangelist for the Ambient Light & UV Sensors product group - gained Fitbit as a customer during my internship. Used MATLAB to create a prototype Sales and Profit Modeling Application - this identified $200,000 of lost revenue due to mismatched Billing of Instruments.
Modeled and classified the decay rate of teeth in canines using MATLAB; with this data I developed a data acquisition algorithm that could determine if a canines tooth needed to be removed due to potential infections. Took it a step further by creating an Arduino based surgical device that would notify surgeons if a tooth needed to be removed (this device is in use today in the UC Davis Veterinary Hospital).
Designed, manufactured, and programmed (used C) a model car that could traverse a series of obstacles.
Tackled a data transformation project regarding U.A.V.s using XML & SOAP.
Apart from being a Software Engineer, I enjoy being outdoors. I am an avid traveler and photographer. My dream is to be able to visit every country in the world. Outside of traveling and photography, I am avid snowboarder and novice climber.
When forced indoors, I am guilty of being a couch potato who enjoys watching numerous T.V. shows. Additionally, I am an aspiring chef - what can I say, my signature dish is Steak & Eggs!
